History of the Show & How It Works
What started as a small gathering of friends of Harold & Nancy LeMay with lemonade served on the front porch has grown to be an eagerly anticipated event attended by thousands of automotive lovers! The LeMay Car Show is definitely a unique event. Over 500 vintage vehicles from the LeMay Family Collection are on view at Marymount, plus hundreds more at the LeMay home grounds and local owners of vintage cars bring those vehicles for display on the Marymount show fields. Other show features include: a Car Club Corral, a vintage car auction held in the afternoon, and this year there will even be a new auto swap meet!

Commercial Vendors & Swap Meet Vendors
VENDORS WANTED! We will have a swap meet on-site all day at Marymount on August 25th. This is primarily an antique automotive swap meet. The booth spaces are 10′ x 20′. Complete a Swap Meet Vendor Registration form before August 15, 2012 to reserve your booth space. If you are interested in being a regular commercial vendor at this event, complete this Vendor Registration Form – non-automotive swap meet vendors will be positioned in a different location than the Swap Meet.

Auction Information
We will auction several dozen restorable/parts vintage vehicles at Marymount starting at 1:00pm on car show day. Auction preview starts at 9am on sale day, and the auction is administered by Mather Auctioneers, Inc. Most auction cars have been stored undercover since they were acquired. A preliminary list of vehicles is listed with the auction administrators, and any specific auction-related inquiries or interest in consignments may be directed to them (253.847.9161).

Car Show Volunteers
The LeMay Car Show relies on volunteers to make the event possible. It’s a fun day, but it takes a lot people to make it happen – room hosts, parking and traffic control, ticket sales, check-in… the list of volunteer positions could go on and on. We ask each of our volunteers to complete a Car Show Volunteer Registration Form by August 1st, 2012 so we can assign positions and be prepared for the big day in advance.

Car Club Corral
If your car club would like to be part of the Car Club Corral at this event, we welcome your participation! There is no extra charge to participate in the special Car Club Corral area – clubs simply pre-pay General Admission ($10 per person) for their vehicle owners, and they get premier, reserved parking for their club’s vehicles to park together to showcase their car club. Email info@lemaymarymount.org to reserve your Car Club Corral spaces!
