The Graham Kapowsin Community Council Harvest Fest is being held from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on October 27 at the new Bethel Learning Center, 21818 38th Ave. E., Spanaway across from the Bethel Middle School. The event will benefit the projects of the Graham Kapowsin Community Council who work on assisting families in need in the Bethel School District. They are a 501(c)(3) charitable organization, your contributions are tax-deductible.
