BETHEL SCHOOL DISTRICT — Bethel is the first school district in Washington State to gain approval for the use of the Design-Build process.  This process allows the district to select the best contractor-design team through an Request For Proposal (RFP) and interview process instead of relying on the “low bid.” 

The efficiency of the process may save the district money while improving the coordination between design consultants, the contractor and the district.
