The Graham-Kapowsin Community Council is beginning to organize a group to bring an Open Market (farmer’s market) to the area. The Market will be held at the new Bethel Learning Center once it is organized.

The first organizing meeting for the Open Market will be on Thurs. Dec. 6th from 8:30-9:30 a.m. at the new Bethel Learning Center on 38th Avenue near 224th just across from Bethel Middle School . This is your opportunity to be in on the planning, shop/sell locally or sponsor this growth.

If you are interested, they would appreciate you logging onto www.grahamlearning.org (upper right hand corner) to help them do a better job of linking the greater Graham area and those with interest in the project.

The Graham Kapowsin Community Council will also have a Volunteer Appreciation pot-luck on Dec. 14 at Frontier Middle School, room 434 from 12-2 p.m.
