Winterfest provides the joy and spirit of Christmas to 500 low-income families who are experiencing economic despair in our own community. The heads of these families are hard-working, disabled, laid off, or unable to work.
Children will get to visit with Santa and enjoy holiday festivities like face painting, holiday crafts, and picking a book of their own to take home.
Winterfest takes place December 8th 2012 at Pacific Lutheran University’s East Campus, Pacific Avenue & 121st Ave (The old Parkland School building) from 9:00AM – 1:00PM.
*Please have all your donations in by December 7th 2012.*
Volunteers are needed. You can help out your community by donating your time to prepare for this year’s Winterfest.
