In 2003, the Tacoma Pierce County Health Department tried to mandate water fluoridation in all water companies in Pierce county with over 5,000 members. As a person who has an obvious personal chemical reaction (some would say allergy) to fluoride and a degree in chemistry, I immediately went to see an attorney. The result was a legal challenge which ultimately ended up in the Washington State Supreme Court, deciding the mandate was not legal and the water companies had the right to choose for themselves (2005). Aside from Tacoma City water, the only other water company that decided to add fluoride was Parkland Light & Water. Federal military facilities also fluoridate.
If you are using Spanaway Water, Fruitland, Sumner, Bonney Lake, Puyallup, Summit, Lakewood or Steilacoom, you do not have fluoridated water.
Here’s a video, produced at WTVD-TV in Raleigh-Durham NC that will make you glad if you don’t have fluoridated water.

Over the past 9 years, the Internet is finally the vehicle to expose the sale of this substance for the real reason… to dispose of industrial waste. That is why there is so much money behind the push to use it. The studies that have been done, that the promoters are so quick to put down are legitimate studies; there are hundreds of them.
What fluoride does, (besides etch glass) is alter the crystalline structure of the surface of the tooth. It hardens it, but also makes it more brittle. That’s why in older people, the brittle factor can lead to broken teeth and broken bones, especially in heavy tea drinkers. Tea also has high fluoride. Currently, there is an active push to identify the source of a cluster of osteosarcomas in Salem, Oregon, a fluoridated city. The jury is still out, but it is an identified disease in the fluoride controversy.
Watch the TV clip, then talk to me about visiting the Tacoma City Council about fluoridation.
