I just received the GREATEST NEWS since becoming a professional pie chef in 2010! Are you ready? God just answered lots of prayers by having a phone call come to me just a few minutes ago from the owner of Sterino Farms, awarding me a contract to create 400 Frozen, unbaked Dr. Terry’s Pies for the Grand Opening of their new Sterino Produce Stand at 6116 52nd Street East, Puyallup WA. 98371! To quote Jake Sterino, who awarded us this first of what will be many orders, “Dr. Terry, your Strawberry Rhubarb and Rhubarb Browned Butter Crunch pies are the ‘freakin’ best rhubarb pies I have ever tasted!!! I took the Strawberry Rhubarb pie home that you brought me two weeks ago and I put in the freezer until now, followed the directions for thawing and baking the pie, and my wife and I just looked at each other in amazement!”
