In the very center of the Bethel School District, in an area that historically was called Elk Plain, the community of the school district has now opened a Saturday Market. Starting with three Saturdays this year, May 11, August 10 and November 9, the market hopes to someday grow up to be as significant as the Puyallup Saturday market. Today, May 11, 9am to 4pm.
Many families in the Bethel area still have farms. Years ago, Bethel High School was known as Cow Pie High, a name that they loving joke about now. Nearby, the Whistle Stop known as Loveland, welcomed visitors on their way to the Mountain and new residents looking for a great rural way of life. It isn’t very rural anymore and now folks are interested in growing a sense of community.
Loveland, in the heart of Bethel, a market – watch us grow!

So glad to see this market started. I hope to participate in the next one
So cool! I got to “Cow pie high” 🙂 Where is this market located?
I would be interested as a vendor for NeriumAD, one step, one product anti aging night cream.
