Become an Election Observer for your party.

An observer is certified to watch the ballot counting process at the Pierce County Election Center. You have to say which party you are observing for, Democratic or Republican, and correspond with the coordinator for which shifts you will cover.

Election Observer training will be held on Tuesday June 4th from 2:00 pm until 4:30 pm and Wednesday, June 5 from 2:00 pm until 4:30 pm. A volunteer only needs to attend one of the classes in order to become certified as an observer for August, November 2013 election and any election in 2014 up until June 2014.
