A Taste of Summertime at PLU

PLU, Parkland, WA — Our annual Fruit Festival is a lunchtime community concert series featuring summer fruit desserts and live music. Bring a picnic and your favorite people and relax for lunch! Or, grab lunch at PLU’s restaurant and find a seat on the patio. Everyone is invited.

Strawberry Festival – Wednesday, June 12

       Featuring Off the Hook – sounds of Jazz, Old Soul, Funk, Disco, etc.

Raspberry Festival – Wednesday, July 10

      Featuring The Fabulous Murphtones – sounds of Classic Rock to Modern Rock

Blueberry Festival – Wednesday, August 7

     Featuring Bobby Sox and the Jukebox – sounds of the 50’s & 60’s

Each concert is:

11:30am-1pm

University Center, Lower Plaza (corner of Park Ave. and 122nd)

Complementary and with free parking

Offering a fresh fruit dessert for $2.50, or free with PLU ID, while supplies last. (cash only)

    We plan to take our Ecosystem Explorer’s science campers tot he July and Aug. PLU berry festivals as they are always fun!
