There is more racing on Sunday. Come out and see these exciting (and a bit noisy) boats circle around Spanaway Lake. The first race Saturday began at 12:12 p.m. for an idea of when they might begin Sunday.
It costs $3 per car for parking between 8 a.m. and 7 p.m. There is no other cost to the event unless you want access to the pits. There is a $10 fee to access the pit area. There are many food vendors present at the event.
Many locals from Spanaway were hanging out at their best friends dock to watch the racing. Even the ice cream lady circled the block. Lakeside Drive is the site of the judges booth, timer and the guy with the checkered and other flags.

Wow, what a very nice article. Thank you so much!
Today’s racing was even better hope to an awesome follow up article.
