FREDERICKSON, WA — Pierce County Assessor-Treasurer Mike Lonergan has graciously accepted an invitation to be our Guest Speaker on Oct. 19th. He has been asked to provide us with the Total Valuation figures for our community and then give an approximate breakdown of what our community pays for each category listed on our tax forms. These items include road, port, library, fire, surface water, local schools, etc. He has also been asked to speak about how properties are appraised, when they are appraised, and what happens when additions are added to structures and if any tax breaks are given to new construction. We invite you to attend and bring your tax questions to our new Assessor-Treasurer.

The Bethel School Board meets on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays each month.
