Calling All Trunk Hosts! LeMay Halloween Trunk-or-Treat

Everyone is getting excited for our Annual LeMay Halloween Trunk or Treat this Saturday!

Bring out your collector car (or hearse, ambulance, van, motorcycle, or other vehicle) this Saturday at Marymount for a fun day for kids! Trunk hosts decorate their vehicles (or trunks, in most cases) with some theme, and then hundreds of kids will arrive to trick-or-treat. Come be part of the fun!

Looking for Something Fun to Do This Weekend?

Each year, hundreds of local kids enjoyed this free, family friendly event – It’s a blast!  Costumed kids (age 12 & under) will arrive from 2-4pm to trick-or-treat by going from trunk to trunk to collect packaged candy from the trunk hosts. There will even be a “Haunted Trailer”! Awards (and bragging rights, of course) will go to the favorite/best decorated trunks – voted on by kids!

Get Involved:

1. Be a Trunk Host!– Decorate your vehicle and bring a bag or two of candy!

2. Attend with your Family– No need to sign-up. The Trunk-or-Treat is outdoors, and free. Costumed trick-or-treaters should be age 12 and under, and no drop-offs are allowed. (Note: Half-off indoor museum admission for anyone in costume that day!)

When: Saturday, October 26th – 2:00pm-4:00pm

Where: Marymount Event Center (325 152nd ST E., Tacoma, WA)

Donate Candy or Goodies

We are also collecting candy or kid-friendly giveaway donations (stickers, pencils, etc.) ahead of time as “back-up” for the trunk hosts. If you can’t make it, but would like to donate candy for the event, you can deliver to: 325 152nd ST E., Tacoma, WA 98445 or call 253.272.2336 to arrange for pick-up.
