Marymount Trunk or Treat delighted thousands

SPANAWAY, WA — The traffic was backed up from the entrance of Marymount onto Pacific Avenue with people trying to get to the Halloween events at Marymount. WHile parking, the attendant guessed the traffic was 40% higher than last year.

Classic cars were all dolled up in full Halloween regalia. There were spider webs, eerie music, cackling, animated mannequins, costumed cars and owners and candy… lots and lots of candy.

At the Haunted House, there was a line so long it folded back on itself. Inside, it apparently delivered the chills and thrills. The little ghouls, Marios, Spidermen, cowboys, bumble bees and other beautifully costumed kids were frightened enough to be glad to exit.

Here are a few of the sights.
