An Emergency Ordinance of the Pierce County Council Amending the Effective Date of Ordinance No. 2013-30s2, Code Consolidation Phase 4, Postponing the Effective Date Based on a Petition for Review Challenging the Amendments that was Timely Filed to the Growth Management Hearings Board; Adopting Findings of Fact; and Declaring an Emergency.

The Final Council hearing on this proposal is set for November 12, 2013, at 3:00 pm. The final Council hearing will be held in Room 1045, 10th Floor, County-City Building, 930 Tacoma Ave S, in Tacoma.
