SPANAWAY, WA — Today as I was turning onto Pacific Avenue to stop into the Post Office, I noticed the license plate ont he Lincoln in front of me. It said “Yoo Hoo.” I snapped a photo.

Apparently, Roberta got the plate years ago from friends that golf with her. She says as she golfs, she exclaims, “Yoo Hoo!”
