SPANAWAY, WA — Sunday afternoon I couldn’t resist stopping to see the camels (Shaun and Wednesday) at the farm at 811 168th Street East in Spanaway. Most of their Christmas trees had sold out and the farm was fairly quiet as people sat at home in front of the Seahawks and 49ers game.
The City Goat Farm and Zoo has a gret variety of animals from rabbits, goats and chickens to wallabies, zebras and peacocks. The variety is astounding. The owners have transformed the barn into The Naughty Goat Saloon. The entire place is available for rent to hold private parties. If you love rustic, this might be the place for your next event.
On Sundays before Christmas, they have converted the saloon into Santa’s workshop and you can see Santa there.
You can find more about them on their Facebook page here.
