On a beautiful sunny Saturday in January, it was hard to resist taking a stroll in the park while the sun was still floating overhead. Add a friend and some dogs and what a pleasant afternoon. Fantasy Lights are gone; both gates are finally open again. From now until May, folks can freely stroll the park and drive through it without a gate fee.
