SPANAWAY, WA —  Please be advised that the originally scheduled meeting for this Wednesday, Feb. 5, at Spanaway Elementary School library is postponed.   Per the volume of information shared by both county employees and non-county individuals/residents/experts…it is apparent that MISINFORMATION is circulating, thus causing additional confusion to our efforts.

In an effort to clarify both the accuracy and intentionality of county input to their SMP revisions, a small group of the Lake Spanaway Residents’ Committee members  plan to meet  with our Pierce County Council Representative, Jim McCune, this week.  We value and appreciate Jim’s efforts and continued and tenacious  support he is providing to his constituents

Please look for an email update later this week that will contain specific targets of topics necessary for any and all written communication to council and county individuals.
