BETHEL SCHOOL DISTRICT — The Bethel School Board meeting was brief February 11. By 8 p.m., everyone was gathered next door at Camas Prairie Elementary with other staff and individuals who worked long hours on the Levy Committee to see the result of the election come in. When the numbers came up, smiles and sighs of relief spread across the room. Both Propositions are passing. The election will not be certified for a couple more weeks as late arriving ballots are counted.
