This is notice of Community Development Committee and final Council hearings on Proposal No. 2014-16.
An Emergency Ordinance of the Pierce County Council Modifying the Effective
Date of Ordinance No. 2011-60s2, the 2011 Amendments to the Comprehensive Plan,
to Postpone the Effective date of Plan Amendment M-3 which Received an Order
Granting Stay in Growth Management Hearings Board – Central Puget Sound Region
Case No. 12-3-0002c; and Repealing Plan Amendments U-3 and C-5 Pursuant to the
Hearings Board Final Decision and Order in Case No. 12-3-0002c; Adopting
Findings of Fact; and Declaring and Emergency.
The Final Council hearing on this proposal is set for Tuesday, March 25, 2014
at 3:00 pm. The final Council hearing will be held in Room 1045, County-City
Building, 930 Tacoma Ave S, in Tacoma.
The Community Development Committee hearing is set for Monday, March 17, 2014
