Greetings,

1.  There will not be an FCCCC Meeting this month.  On April 19th we will be involved with the Eggstravaganza at Sound Life Church.

2.  The Events Committee will meet April 15th @ Ricky J’s @ 5 P

3. On April 17th, A local investor group will hold an important meeting @ 2:30 in room 101 at the Skills Center.  They are the owners of the 58 acre Commercial property on the NW corner of 176th & Canyon Rd. The County is in the process of updating the Pierce County Comprehensive Plan and the Frederickson Community Plan. As I understand it, this group of investors will be putting on a presentation to interested community members about their plans to ask for a change of zoning and other considerations during these important Plan updates.

4. On April 17th, Cross Park will hold their monthly meeting @ 7PM @ the Skills Center.

5. April 28, the Frederickson LUAC will meet to consider several new plats as well as a presentation by local developers.

6. Bethel School Board meets on April 15th & 29th. Check the school for time and place.

7. Our next FCCCC meeting is May 17th.
