On the evening of April 23, Pacific Luther University’s Center for Community Engagement and Service (CCES) celebrated faculty, staff and students who serve in the Parkland and Tacoma communities. CCES is the point of contact for local organization who want university involvement with organizations, projects, programs and community partnerships.

The Washington High School Jazz Band played as guests had a light dinner. Joel Zylstra welcomed everyone and Carly Brook presenting the year of community service projects in review. Steve Smith, a PLU graduate gave the keynote address.
