PARKLAND, WA — On May 3rd and 4th the community of Parkland, around Garfield Street, will be holding a Cinco de Mayo international event. At 12:30 p.m. there will be a sidewalk parade on Saturday. Additional events like a plant sale at the Trinity Lutheran Church will also be held.
