Meet the author of the Images of America book, Spanaway. Jean Sensel will be at the Puyallup Costco, on Friday, June 20, from 1 to 3 p.m. She will answer questions and tell stories beyond the book.

Non-members of Costco can get a one-day pass at the customer service desk.

For instance, Chapter Five: The War Years, you can learn the inconvenient truth about the “gift” of land to establish Fort Lewis. Today you can also look back and realize the “gift” that non developing that land has given us in the present day.
