Seeking Legislative Change for a Future High School
Bethel School District is one of the largest and fastest growing school districts in the State. To plan for an increase of 3,000 students in the next ten years, the district conducted an exhaustive search of property for development of a future high school site. The land was purchased and since then, we have found ourselves in conflict with the Growth Management Act. We are now seeking legislative action on this issue. Below is a video that better explains why a change is needed.
