This is notice of the Public Safety and Human Services Committee and final Council hearings on Proposal No. R2014-96.

A Resolution of the Pierce County Council Related to the Regulation of Adult Magazine and Adult Novelty Sales; Transmitting Proposed Amendments to Pierce County Code Title 18, “Development Regulations – General Provisions,” and Title 18A, “Development Regulations – Zoning,” to the Planning and Land Services Department and the Pierce County Planning Commission for Review; Requesting the Planning and Land Services Department Complete Any Necessary Environmental Review; and Requesting the Planning Commission to Submit Its Recommendations on the Proposed Amendments to the Council by a Date Certain.

The Final Council hearing on this proposal has not been determined. The Public Safety and Human Services Committee hearing is set for Monday, October 13, at 1:30 pm.
