CITY OF ROY – There is nothing like a small town celebration and this Friday, December 6 w ill be no exception. The City of Roy will hold an Open House in the Community Center (Library) building at 6:00 p.m. with refreshments and a visit with Santa Claus.

At 7:00 p.m. everyone will go out by City Hall and light the community Christmas tree and, if  you are willing, sing a few carols.
