It appears the Pierce County Council is just finessing the effective dates on this proposal. In all honesty, they are awaiting the decision of the Growth Management Hearings Board. That hearing is December 6, 2023. Watch for changes after that decision announcement.

9/25/2023 10:00 am, Rules and Operations Committee hearing.

The Final Council hearing on this proposal is set for October 3, 2023, at 3:00 pm. The final Council hearing will be held in Room 1045, County-City Building, 930 Tacoma Ave S, in Tacoma. Meetings are held in hybrid format with in-person and remote attendance.
