Look up the site application or parcel number (from Public GIS) on the Pierce County Permits site. I cannot find it with this little info.

Go to the Public GIS for Pierce County, zoom in to the property and local the parcel. The use the Data Menu for “Parcel” and it can show you where there are development permits and environmental permits applied for. There are a LOT up there! If the builder askes for any variances, he will have to apply though the Land Use Committee that meets on the first Mondays. Public comment is allowed there.
