The In-District Council Meeting for District 3 is scheduled for Tuesday, July 30, at 6:30 p.m. at the Pierce County Skills Center located at 16117 Canyon Road East in the Frederickson area.
Each year, the Pierce County Council hosts an in-district Council meeting in each of the seven Council Districts for the purpose of creating an opportunity for people to engage with their local government.

The Council meeting includes actions on several grant applications, a proclamation recognizing Aug. 8-11 as Pierce County Fair Weekend, and a preview of next month’s County Fair, which is held annually at Frontier Park in Graham.
In addition, there will be presentations on:
- The Pierce County Skills Center
- Nisqually Community Forest
- State Route 7 Pre-Design Update
- The Pierce County Comprehensive Plan Update
The final agenda item is the Community Forum. This is your opportunity to share your thoughts, ideas, and concerns with the Council. The Council requests the honor of your presence.
