It was October 30, 2021 when a fire closed the Elk Plain Grange. But 1,019 days later, the work is complete and the occupancy permit has been granted!

Did I mention it is lovely? The flooring is new, the kitchen cabinets are new, the countertops are granite, the bathrooms are all remodeled and the noisy heating system is gone. There is a forced air system in the back room for heating and cooling that is quiet enough you can actually hold a meeting.

In the process of making all things new, the septic tank even got a makeover. You can see the green covers to the left as you walk i the front door.

David Bryant gave a tour and it is obvious he is very proud of the new look and ready to get some use out of it. The cost of a days rental? $600. You cannot tell from the front, but the building is ADA compliant. The wheelchair ramp is at the back door. Accessible vans can drive right up to it. The address is 21817 Mountain Highway East, Spanaway, WA 98387.
