Metro Parks Tacoma’s Salmon Saturdays, which will be held at Swan Creek Park (2820 Pioneer Way E. , Tacoma, WA 98404) on December 7th and 14th, 2024, celebrates the return of salmon to Swan Creek and surrounding areas!
Visit Swan Creek Park to welcome home the spawning salmon on Dec 7 or Dec 14 from 12-2 pm. Meet at the Pioneer Way entrance to Swan Creek Park, 2820 Pioneer Way E. (Map It)
- Learn about salmon and salmon conservation from one of the educators on site.
- Hike up the creek to enjoy beautiful Swan Creek Park and look for spawning salmon.
- This event will happen rain or shine so please dress warm!
- Enter to win prizes from Dec 1-15, 2024 by completing at least 3 activities on the Salmon Challenge Card!
- Winners will be selected and announced on Wednesday, December 18.
