On Saturday, April 19, right at 10 a.m., the Spanaway Lions will hold an easter egg hunt for disabled kids and their families. The event will be held at the Prairie House Museum, in the grassy field behind the garage. The address is 710 176th Street, Spanaway, WA 98387, adjacent to the Fir Lane Memorial Park.
Tip #1, do not be late, please come a little early. The kids are seriously disappointed when the eggs are already gone.
There are treats, trinkets, an Easter Bunny, and, on occasion, even a lion will show up. There is a kids play area to entertain the kiddos before the event begins.
So, plan to arrive between 9:30 to 9:45 a.m. and have a few moments to get into the excitement.
