The CCWC – Chambers Clover Creek Watershed Council, is a forum for community members, residents, and agency staff to come together and identify issues and concerns in the watershed and possible solutions. PIERCE COUNTY SEEKING SURFACE WATER MANAGEMENT ADVISORY BOARD MEMBERS
Are you passionate about clean water, environmental stewardship, and community engagement? Pierce County is seeking dedicated volunteers to serve on the Surface Water Management Advisory Board—and we’d love to hear from you!
This board plays a key role in advising the Surface Water Management division on important water-related issues, including:
- Stormwater management
- Water quality improvement
- Habitat protection
- Flood risk reduction
As a board member, you’ll collaborate with fellow residents, provide community input on surface water programs, and help guide policy and funding decisions that impact our watersheds. Submit your application by June 30th at Storm Drainage and Surface Water Management Advisory Board Application. The application period will remain open until all positions are filled.
