It’s not July 4th without a parade! The City of Roy has just such a parade with local people and organizations dressed up in red, white and blue and usually throwing candy for the kids.
All participating in the 4th of July Parade please meet at the Roy Rodeo grounds before 11:30am, the parade starts at noon, going down Warren Street to 1st.
The Lacamas Community Center is organizing the parade.
