YOU’RE INVITED: PERMITTING WITH PIERCE COUNTY CLASS

Pierce County Planning and Public Works:

Land Division – From Concept to Construction (A 3-part series)

This October, Pierce County’s permitting classes launch a three-part series on how to successfully subdivide property. These sessions will cover how a single property can be divided into multiple home sites. For the first time, the series will go beyond single-family residential projects.

The first class on Oct. 14 will walk through the Preliminary Plat process, from application submittal to Hearing Examiner review and decision. We will share best practices, highlight common pitfalls, and provide tips to help keep your project on track.

Future classes will address the requirements for submitting site development plans, constructing subdivision infrastructure, and obtaining final plat approval and recording.
