Arivva is offering a free Introduction to Healthcare Employment and Apprenticeship Program (IHAP) Phase 1, designed to help individuals take their first steps toward a meaningful career in healthcare.
Registration is open through February 6, 2026.
Classes run February 9 to March 6, 2026, in person from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at: 402 Garfield St S, Parkland, WA 98444.
Please note that training times and locations may vary, and virtual classes will be available if needed due to weather or safety concerns.
Participants receive Basic Life Support and Mental Health First Aid training, along with a monetary stipend.
Graduates may continue into IHAP Phase 2 (NA-C training) at no cost, leading to certification, apprenticeship, and employment in healthcare. Participants may also choose to go directly into the workforce after completing Phase 1.
