Bridging the Gap – Night out in Spanaway

The Marymount Event Center was the sight of a delightful new event for the Parkland-Spanaway area this evening. They called it Bridging the Gap. The sponsors were the LeMay Family Collection Foundation and Pacific Lutheran University. DSC_8924

Beneficiaries of the evening’s bounty areB.E.S.T Dollars for Scholars, Franklin Pierce YOUTH FIRST!, and the Lindquist Dental Clinic for Children. There local charities together assist thousands of local children each year. Auction items, table donations, a dessert auction and other events helped bring in additional donations.

The event was well attended and the guests, appeared to be feeling generous toward their community. They danced the night away to the sounds of the Rockodiles, and surely raised thousands of dollars for the local charities.
