This is Notice of Rescinded Final Council Hearing on Proposal No. 2014-108. An Ordinance of the Pierce County Council Amending Chapter 5.40 of the Pierce County Code (PCC), “Usage Standards for Pierce County Airport – Thun Field”; Expanding the Scope of Chapter 5.40 PCC to Include the Tacoma Narrows Airport; Repealing the Pierce County Airport – Thun Field Rules Adopted Pursuant to Ordinance No. 2000-2s; and Authorizing the Director of the Public Works and Utilities Department to Administratively Establish Rules and Regulations for the Use of the Pierce County Airport – Thun Field and the Tacoma Narrows Airport.
