National Parks Foundation — Did you know that during opening weekend of National Park Week, April 18–19, you can visit any of your more than 400 national parks for free? Be sure to mark your calendar for upcoming fee-free days.

  • April 18-19: Opening Weekend of National Park Week
  • August 25: National Park Service Birthday
  • September 26: National Public Lands Day
  • November 11: Veterans Day
