Nisqually River Shoreline Nature Walk, Yelm
Saturday, June 20th 10 am – 2 pm
Come experience one of the most dynamic stretches of the Nisqually River. Join us for a walk through reforested pastures to one of our favorite bends in the river – a perfect spot to watch birds, listen to the water flow and see restoration in action.
Don’t forget your brown-bag lunch; after exploring the restoration site and uplands we’ll be ending the walk at a gravel bar along the river where you can enjoy your lunch.
~1.5 miles on undeveloped path.
Space is limited to 15 people.
