Greetings from the Pierce County Skills Center,

We are excited to announce that the Glacier Grill is open for business. Our new group of Culinary Arts students have spent the last couple weeks training and prepping for the upcoming school year. In addition to the Glacier Grill, we also have on-site catering for events as well as box lunches to go. Our catering menu and box lunch order form are attached. 

The Glacier Grill is open Tuesday through Friday from 9:30AM-1:00PM. We are closed on Mondays for classroom instruction. You’ll want to try to avoid 10:45AM-11:15AM as we’re serving PCSC students during their lunch period. The menu is attached and next week’s specials are listed below.
