TACOMA, WA – Join us for a day of service on April 21 from 8:00am-12:00pm at Keithley Middle School in Franklin Pierce. Community lunch follows from 12:00pm-1:00pm.
Every year, Our Savior Lutheran Church leads a day of service at a local school in celebration of National Volunteer Week. This year, we are taking this community event to Keithley. We would like to invite friends, residents, and supporters of the Parkland, Spanaway, Summit, and Waller Neighborhoods to join us. Our day launches at 8:00am from the gym at Keithley Middle School and concludes at 12:00pm with a FREE community lunch at Our Savior Lutheran Church.
This community event is a perfect opportunity for students, families, clubs, teams and groups of all ages to enjoy a day of fun and service. Volunteers are welcome to drop in for a day of landscaping, planting, pruning, laying gravel, assembling furniture, and painting. Project leaders, tools, and supplies are all provided.
Bring your work gloves and garden tools. We’ll see you there!
