As someone who was raised in Mayfair during the Sixties and seventies. I spend my youth looking for golfballs on and wading in Clover Creek . I say goodluck to the residents that buy and build near the creek. Back in my youthful days it would flood from the creek out hundreds of yards toward brookdale road. Unless they have corrected issues as a home owner how concerned I would be
Where I now live growth has created total gridlock on the highway that difenitly needs to be considered
