PARKLAND, WA — The community of Parkland, Washington is about to have some special local events!

Friday, August 16, there will be a Movie Night at Trinity Lutheran Church starting at 7:30 p.m. they will feature the movie: On Golden Pond.

Saturday, August 17, Garfield Street will be closed all day. The Garfield Street Fair will be from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The event is free, for the public.

On Sunday, August 18, Trinity Lutheran will hold their Worship in the Park at 10 a.m. followed by a community potluck picnic. Trinity will also have a Toastmaster’s Thursday Night Live on August 22 at 6:45 p.m. in their Fireside Room.

On September 7th and 8th, Trinity Lutheran Church will celebrate it’s centennial! Stay posted for more information on this big event.
