First, the Kiwanis on May 24, from 4 to 7 p.m. will do some preliminary work on the cemetery.

Then, on May 25, the youth and their leaders from 4 congregations of the Latter Day Saints Church will be mowing, weed eating, and doing general cleanup at the Spanaway Cemetery from 4:15 to 6 p.m. Marcello Mancini, Assistant Director of Communications will be there working with Boojee Bowman of the Spanaway Historical Society to help direct the event. 

Anyone with a heart for service to our historic past residents, is welcome to come assist these tremendous efforts.
