2024 All Bethel Community Day Registration Open!!

Doors open from 9am to 3pm
Join us for our newly expanded ABC Day 2024! We have been busy behind the scenes taking to heart your suggestions and here are a few of the changes you will see…
All tables will be listed in “zones”, i.e.. Zone A – large gym or Zone B – office hallway. The tables in each Zone will be on a first come first serve basis. You must pay for your table at the time of your registration request. Once we have filled an area you requested, we will reach out by phone to offer a second-choice selection.
We are removing the $25 raffle item contingency for our Vendors. Instead, there will be a flat fee per table of $50.
All indoor tables are required to be set up on Friday prior to Saturday’s event. Doors will be open for set up between 4pm – 7:30pm. All tables will be numbered. No displays can exceed your table spacing due to the attendees walking. Please purchase a second space if you have large displays that require adequate room. Any empty table at 7:30pm on Friday will be removed.
You will ALL receive a welcome packet in your email 2 weeks prior to the event. This packet will have parking instructions, a parking permit for you to print and affix to the window of your vehicle on the day of the event, and any additional updates for the event.
On Saturday at 7:30am, we will have a quick 10-minute kick-off to the event. Please join us for doughnuts and coffee!

Local vendors selling craft items, community service organizations introducing projects, raffles, face painting, cotton candy, local musicians performing, appearances by the Mariner Moose or maybe a Seahawk or drum line, you never know what interesting things show up for the greater Bethel District community at this event.
