ForeverGreen Trails is partnering with Pierce County Parks to celebrate the opening of the Parkland Community Trail with an on-trail walk-and-talk event on September 19th at 9:30AM.
The event is free but registration is required due to limited capacity
We will travel on this new facility from the Sprinker Recreation Center to the Parkland Prairie, where a ribbon cutting ceremony will take place.
Along the way we will learn about this long-awaited route, efforts to reforest this area, improve mobility safety and health issues in this community, an upcoming Parkland community planning effort, and more! Bring a friend!
