PARKLAND, WA — Thursday, the Post stopped by Garfield Street in Parkland. Many of the stores are decked with lights for the season. Work is continuing ont he new retail, office and residential space to be called Garfield Station. Here’s a photo of the current site where they are making forms and pouring concrete. In the extreme cold, the concrete is more tricky to set, so the work is not progressing too quickly at the moment. You can see it is progressing though.
